Sreepriya Kowshik is an MBA graduate with over 15 years of experience in Mortgage and Operations. A university rank holder in her under-graduation, she has completed her Senior Management Programme from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and also holds a Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice from Institute of Financial services, UK. She has extensive experience in working in Indian and US mortgage companies, and has hands on experience in Six sigma and lean techniques, and is a green belt trained professional. She also holds a certification in CSR management from the United Nations Training Institute and has designed and implemented programs and strategy for CSR as part of her corporate experience and has won several accolades for her work in CSR.. Her experience in mortgage industry comes from Premier Institutions like HDFC, ICICI, GE Money and Altisource.
Monica Sakharani
Monica Sakharani is a Lawyer practising in the Bombay High court and is a Corporate and Institutional trainer on Law relating to Sexual harassment at workplace and a consultant at the Special Cells for Women at the Police Stations in Maharashtra. She has practiced law in the Mumbai and Madras High courts, Criminal courts, Labour and Matrimonial Courts and has served as a Associate Professor, Centre for Social Justice and Governance at the School of Social work at TISS, Mumbai. She has completed her BL in University of Madras in 1989 and her LLM in International Human Rights Law, Nottingham University in 2001. She also holds a Masters Degree in Social work from the Bombay University in 1993 and is currently pursuing her Phd from the Tata Institute of Social studies (TISS – Mumbai). She is an External Member of the Internal Complaints committee for POSH at the Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education From , Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority and is the Chair person of the Local Committee, Mumbai Suburbhan District . She was a Member of the Internal Complaints Committee, TISS from 2009 to 2016. She was part of the committee that drafted the Sexual Harrassment of women at the workplace ( Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal ) Act, 2013. She has extensive training experience in POSH Act having trained employees and the committee at organizations like Rajavika – Govt of Rajasthan, Heinz India, BARC, IIPS, TISS and MMRDA. She has also coauthored several books and articles in the realm of Domestic violence, criminal law, prisoners’ rights, Anti Trafficking laws and in other women oriented subjects.
Vidhya Satagopan Srinivasan
Vidhya has been instrumental in building corporate & Consumer brands like Future Group, Pantaloons, Big Bazaar, Manipal University, Ma Foi, Aavin, Hatsun Agro, Dalmia Cements, AMCO batteries, Paramount Airways, Pavers England, etc in a career spanning twenty five year. She has guided companies on communication strategies, crisis management and change management across different geographies in India..In her stint with the agency team at Clea, she has worked with Corporates and like Essar Group, Ambuja Cements, Pidilite, Sahara India Housing, Tata Steel, Monsanto, Sterlite, Videocon and state run enterprises like MIDC, MSRDC and CIDCO. She has wide ranging experience in architecting and running programs as part of the Corporate Social Responsibility initiative for organizations in leveraging her unique experience in Brand &Communciation and her passion for serving the community and the underprivileged.
